1. Acceptance of Terms By accessing or using the Mindpowered Leadership website (“Site”) and its associated services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”). Mindpowered Leadership is a brand operated jointly by Wisdom International Group (Company No. 200906490C) and Reflective Inquiry Institute Pte Ltd (Company No. 201908919H), both incorporated in Singapore (collectively referred to as “we”, “us”, or “our”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please discontinue use of the Site immediately.
2. Use of the Site You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others. You must not misuse, interfere with, or disrupt the Site or its servers, attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site or its related systems, transmit any harmful, offensive, or unlawful content, or use the Site to impersonate any person or entity.

4. Programme Registrations and Payments Registration for any programme or service through the Site constitutes a binding agreement between you and us. All fees are stated in Singapore Dollars (SGD) unless otherwise indicated. Payment must be made in full prior to programme commencement unless a payment arrangement has been agreed in writing. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel a registration at our discretion.
5. Cancellation and Refund Policy Cancellations made 14 or more calendar days before the programme start date are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made fewer than 14 calendar days before the start date will not be refunded but may be transferred to a future programme run, subject to availability. No refund or transfer will be issued for no-shows. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a programme, in which case a full refund or alternative date will be offered.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties The Site and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The information on this Site is intended for general informational purposes only and does not constitute professional advice.
7.
